Quinn -
I just wanted to take this opportunity to say hi. You probably don't remember me, but we were in the same class at Carpenter Avenue elementary school in something like third grade. I think we were friends because I have very vague memories of you kicking me a lot.
I saw the article in LA Magazine, thought to myself, "I knew her once," and then checked out the blog. I'm enjoying it; it's hilarious and very well written.
Take care and happy new year.
Ken
I kicked? Oh, dear. Terribly sorry about that. And you had such nice things to say about my writing.
(Hanging head in shame)
A friend linked to your "Shoot me" post, which started me reading through your blog. You're a good writer. Have a great year.
Happy New Year to you, too.
When I pop the bubbly tonight, I'll make the same toast as you.
Cheers!
And a Happy New Year to you and yours!!!
Happy New Year, Quinn, all the best!
Amen to that, Quinn.
Wishing you and yours peace, good health, happiness...and lots of wonderful inspiration for some good blog writing.
Your writing makes for wide grins, loud guffaws, little giggles and all-around smiles. Thank you.
Your writing is delightful, QC. Have you thought about the possibility of writing a full autobiography? It would be a welcome addition to any bookshelf. I wish you and your loved ones A Very Happy New Year.
wishing nothing but the best for you, the Consort & the little Princess in '07!
I wish for you a wonderful new year. Thanks for the blog which makes me laugh out loud and quietly think.
Hi Quinn,
A very belated holiday greeting to you and your brood.
Couldn't go online; the earth shook.
Tee Hee Hee... Happy New Year Kicky McKickerson!
Keep writing, I'll keep reading - you add much appreciated laughs to my day. I think you are me, but in a much more thoughtful form. I can't tell you how many times I've seen myself and my daughter in your writing.
