Public Sighting

Sunday, November 1st, I'll be reading at Chevalier Books in Larchmont Village here in Los Angeles at 11:00. It's a charming neighborhood, it's an adorable bookstore, and they have a Farmer's Market up the block on Sunday mornings. You know, in case my presence alone wasn't enough to motivate you to get out of bed. Also, there's a very real possibility I'll say something inappropriate. History has shown this to be true.

Hope to see you there.

Hhhmmm....Chevalier Books is 1-1/2 hours from me here in the I.E...

BUT...that's the day we get an extra hour thanks to the time change...

Sooo...if I use that extra hour for the trip that means that your only an hour away!

And a farmer's market to boot...

A reminder note is going on the fridge!

They also have cat and dog rescue at the farmer' market on Sunday mornings. Always almost walk away with one. hehe Will we have a new story? ;)

Love that bookstore. That was my neighborhood for years. All those stores are so adorable, and the restaurants are yum. Small world.

Wish I was in LA! Have lots of fun.

Would you please come to Phoenix for a signing? I'll have a basket of kittens waiting in your hotel suite!

I have to tell you - I just finished your book and Oh.My.Word. I had only recently come across your blog from somewhere else and so was not really familiar with your writing. But I knew it was going to be good when I had tears from laughing so hard and I was only on page 2!

I really enjoyed the funny ones, and was very touched by your more poignant stories. You truly have a way with words and a voice that is unique. Thanks!
