We Are The Champions, My Friends
Once again, Squeakers the Cat decides things! See who gets to benefit from the excellent beverage options at Intelligentsia Coffee. Also, a signed book. Of mine. Because it could be someone else's book, you never know.

Squeakers is just too cute. That was adorable. :)
I know the blog book tour is over, but I was putting my bookplate on your book earlier, and I noticed the book underneath the fab jacket is my favorite color blue. Even the writing is in a shiny, gorgeous version of the shade. I was wondering if you picked that out, or if that was something out of the creative control of authors. :)
Probably my name she ate!
I still cherish the autographed copy of "Notes from the Underwire" that i won a couple of years ago and congratulate the winners!!!!
Speaking of "Notes from the Underwire," did the audiobook ever pan out for the rest of the book? I do have the first chapter on my Ipod and was wondering if there were subsequent ones. As I have said before, reading your writing is one things....having it read to me BY YOU is completely another! Love it! Thanks!
I know it’s too late but here I go…
Why are there no idioms making use of negative numbers? If sociologists can rely on English teachers to quash the use of the male pronoun to stand-in for all personages, then can’t math teachers—who complain that people don’t think of negative numbers as real—get English teachers to promote idioms of less-than-zero? Let’s not be at sixes and sevens on this but at -4’s and -23.57’s.
Thanks Quinn…………………………………………………………….I’ll handle this question. Knowing that my preliminary answer’s future falsification from reading to answer my own question drives me to rephrase the question in the nomenclature of the area of science that I’m studying; I find, in this process, 90% of the final answer. So the next paragraph is
StevenIre answering StevenIre.
StevenIre shut the heck up before I shut you the heck up. Once again you hit on the mackerel of the cornflake of the matter. Leave with some dignity.

My real comment is that I read your new book and enjoyed it and recommended it.
