So funny! I was literally laughing out loud (no LOLS here). And so horrific. The boots and the napkin were the worst, I think, but those orange shorts...I just don't know.

I kind of prefer it that way, though. Otherwise, I order what the models wear, and it just doesn't look the same on me. haha I'm 5'0". sigh...

BTW, Happy Mother's Day to a very inspiring mom. Love to read your adventures in life and in motherhood!

I'm the first to admit I could use a style makeover, and all, but ... yeah. I gave up reading fashion magazines a while ago because they just got too darn weird for me.

Quinn, I know this isn't going to go down in history as the most intellectual comment you ever got, but I really like your nail polish in this video.

There are two Palm Springs (well, there are more than two, but for simplicity's sake, let's just leave it with the two): the Straight Palm Springs and the Gay Palm Springs. I don't know about the former, but I can assure you that you'd always be welcomed in the Gay Palm Springs. Any gay man I know would be honored to buy you a drink...just leave Daughter in the hotel. :-)

Most fashion these days falls into the "This is something Lady Gaga would wear" and thus does not fall into my "This is something I would wear to pick up my kid at Catholic school" genre. And how did that model manage to hold that chicken while wearing practically nothing as a top and not have scratch marks from neck to navel?

Have you seen the romper that J. Crew is selling now? I just can't see myself wearing that to Costco. Laurie

HILARIOUS.

I received in the mail an LL Bean SIGNATURE collection catalog. Since when does LL Bean have a signature collection, and why are they trying to be J Crew? It is beyond me.

Land's End has a new line out too, similar to LL Bean's new line. I guess it's their "we can look like J. Crew if we want to" lines.

Strangely, I am now sold on the idea of a chicken as an accessory. (Hilarious post, Quinn.)--Pamela V.

I laughed so hard. Yeah....I'm not feeling any of those ensembles you highlighted. I do, however, have manicure envy. I love that polish!

Laugh out loud funny!
And how could the model with the chicken keep a straight face---she looks so serious and she's holding a chicken!
