OOOOO! Awesome! I want The Wire boxed set. We have a stuffed walrus named Frank Sobatka. You could say we're fans.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!! It isn't just Bunk - I saw Freamon in that trailer too!

Now I've got to start a relentless quest to get Hubby to agree we need to get HBO again. We had it for The Wire (Best. Show. EVER.) and The Sopranos (second best show ever) and once they were both over, we canceled HBO in a budget-friendly maneuver.

Oh man, I don't want to have to wait for the DVDs of each season to come out to get to see it...

Thanks for sharing!

"The Wire" WAS THE BEST...no "maybe" about it. This is great news, but I kind of perversely hope it isn't as good...don't like to see my idols toppled.

I saw the commercial in a hotel room, and immediately started plotting to call the cable company and get HBO turned back on.

Appointment TV, baby!

Idris Elba? Pleeease?!

Or Andre Royo, because "Bubbles" was the best TV character ever. I'd love to see more from such a great actor.

Quinn,
I love the Q-Tea’s.
If I remember correctly, you had a blog post which said that you could fold a fitted sheet into submission. Would you do a Q-tea demonstration of your fitted sheet folding powers? I’m not above begging nor am I above bribery. I live very close to a Land’s End Outlet. VERY Close. Serena
