Slack. Grr.

I promise all seven readers that I will pull myself together in a literary sense by Monday. It turns out, I needed a little time off.

I, too, am a firm believer in time off. Your other six readers and I will find ways to amuse ourselves, don't worry!

Okay....Okay, I will admit it. I am as addicted as the rest of you. I guess that makes me (at least) #9. I'd rather be a 10..but I will keep things in order. I have O.C.D....it has to be this way. (whew)

#11 here.

Quinn, no one has the right to complain about the frequency or infrequency of your posts unless he/she is sending you a paycheck! Thanks for taking the time to post. I do hope your head is continuing to heal.
Vicki
p.s. I just found out that my daughter will make me a grandmother for the first time in March! Still adjusting to this whole idea, but 48 hours after hearing the news, the thought occurred to me "I have to order a HipHugger!" And the next thought was: "I wonder if my daughter will let me wear it occasionally or if I should get my own?" Third thought was "I wonder if a middle-aged woman (middle-aged only if I go on to live to 106)would really look stupid in a HipHugger?" The models in the website are definitely a good deal younger than I.
Thoughts?

Vicki

Dear Vicki,
My most sincere congratulations; I think my mother would tell you that she had no idea how much fun a grandkid was going to be.
Second of all, if anyone mocks you for wearing a Hiphugger with your beloved grandchild, you are legally within your rights to kick them sharply in the ankle.

We did have a grandmother set to model for us, but her grandchild had an earache that day and wasn't what one might call up for a photographic shoot.
This is one problem they rarely have with Naomi Campbell.
